This feature is great for temporarily disabling your card if you suspect any unauthorized use or if you simply want to pause your card activity for a while.

Here’s how to freeze and unfreeze your Palremit card:

To freeze your card:

  • Log in to your Palremit account through the app or website
  • Go to Cards
  • Navigate to Manage Card
  • Look for an option that says, Freeze Card
  • Confirm your action when prompted

And voilà! Your card will be disabled.

To unfreeze your card:

  • Log in to your Palremit account
  • Go to the Cards
  • Select the frozen card you want to reactivate

  • Look for an option that says Unfreeze Card
