How to create a Palremit ID

Your Palremit ID is a unique identifier that allows users to send and receive money through Palremit’s peer-to-peer (P2P) payment feature. It acts as a personalized name tag for your Palremit account.

You can access your Palremit ID from your dashboard by navigating to Settings > Palremit ID.

To set up your Palremit ID:

• Go to Settings in the Palremit mobile app

• From Settings, select Palremit ID.

• Choose any name or nickname you prefer for your ID

And that’s it! 

Sending funds via Palremit ID (Peer-to-Peer)

Palremit ID comes in handy when you want to send or receive money (cash or crypto) to loved ones, friends, employees, or any other person through Palremit. Simply ask for their Palremit ID and credit them via Palremit P2P.

Select whether you want to transfer cash or crypto.

Enter the amount and your beneficiary’s Palremit ID to send money from your Palremit account to their Palremit account.

To receive funds through Palremit P2P, share your Palremit ID with other Palremit users when you want to receive payments from them. You can send/receive cash and crypto from anyone as long as both you and the sender use Palremit.

Note that to avoid loss of funds, always cross-check the Palremit ID before any transaction. Always confirm from the intended recipient. And confirm likewise when you’re receiving money from a sender.

The ID provides a simple way to transact with friends and loved ones using Palremit’s cash or cryptocurrency options.
