Completing your Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a necessary step to activate and use your Palremit account.

After creating your account, the next step is to complete your KYC Verification by providing a selfie photo and Bank Verification Number (BVN).

It’s a simple process that will take only a minute to get done and you’ll be verified in no time. Simply navigate to KYC from your app dashboard and submit the required information.

Due to regulations, we are required by law to collect this information before providing our services to individuals and businesses. So, without completing your KYC, you cannot access the full range of our services like virtual account creation, currency conversion, or our card services.
