Palremit offers international money transfer and payment solutions, including an e-wallet to complete transactions using USD debit cards that can be funded with crypto or fiat currency, bank accounts, and cryptocurrencies. 

Account creation and security

You must create a Palremit account to use the features we provide. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting the security of your account and device. 

Please note that Palremit will never ask for confidential information about your account, like your passwords or transaction pins. Keep your private information safe.

Account termination and suspension

Palremit reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, such as for violations of the Terms or legal compliance.

Fees and service availability 

Palremit charges transaction fees for sending funds (fiat or cryptocurrency) to third-party apps. Our other services like exchanging currencies, transferring to other Palremit users via P2P, or withdrawing funds to your local bank account all attract no charges. However, we earn from spreads when you make those transactions.

Please note that we may change these fees with 30 days’ notice. The availability of these services may equally be subject to limitations and delays beyond Palremit’s control.

Dispute and resolution 

Disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration, not class actions. Palremit may recover legal fees if you file a claim that violates the dispute resolution provisions.
