What happens if I’m overdebited on my card?
If you make a purchase with your Palremit debit card and get over-debited for a transaction (that is, you got debited more than the amount you were supposed to), simply notify our customer support team about the issue.
You’ll need to provide details of the transaction, including the time of purchase, value debited, and value you were supposed to be debited. Back this up with as many screenshots relating to this incident as possible.
