How long do refunds to my virtual card take?

When you receive a refund for a failed purchase made with your Palremit virtual card, it may take as little as a few minutes and up to 10 business days for the refund to be added to your available funds.

Specifically, our terms state: “If you receive a refund, the refund may not be added to the available funds on the virtual card for ten (10) business days.”

Please keep in mind that this timeframe starts from when the merchant processes the refund, not from when you requested it. The actual time can vary depending on the merchant’s policies and processes.
