If you forget your login password and can’t get into your Palremit account, click on Forgot Password from your sign-in page.

Once you are here, enter the email address you registered on Palremit. We will send you a password reset email. With this, you can change your password and get back into your account.

How to change your transaction pin

We typically ask our users to create a transaction pin when they open an account.

A transaction pin is the 4-digit numeric code you use to authorize payments and transfers on Palremit. This is sensitive information and must be confidential to you.

However, if for any reason, your transaction pin gets compromised, simply reset your transaction pin. Go to Settings > Transaction Pin.

Once you’re here, you’ll be required to enter your old pin, and type the new pin you want to use.

Please do not forget your old transaction pin. But if you do, you can contact [email protected] to resolve this.

Tips for keeping your transaction pin safe

  • Make sure you use a 4-digit combination you can remember
  • Never share your pin with anyone
  • Be aware of your surroundings when entering your transaction PIN
  • If writing down your PIN, keep it in a secure location
  • Use biometrics as a sign-in method to enhance the security of your account
