Rewards FAQs

The referral system on palremit allows users to earn commission on the transaction charges of whoever they refer to our app.
When a new user signs up using a referral code provided by an existing user, the referee earns 20% of the transaction fees charged on any transaction carried out by the referred user.

To refer someone to Palremit, simply share your unique referral code with them. When the person signs up using your referral code, you will automatically start earning a 20% commission on their transaction charges

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer on Palremit. The more people you refer, the more you can earn in referral commissions.

Simply visit the rewards section of the Palremit app, and claim your referral earnings into your choice wallet.

You can track your earnings from the referral system on Palremit by viewing your referral earnings in the reward section of your Palremit app. This dashboard will show you the total amount you’ve earned from referrals and the details of each transaction.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • Both the referrer and the referred user must be registered members of the Palremit app.
  • Referrals must be made through the unique referral link provided to the referrer.

Commission Structure

  • The referrer will earn a 20% commission based on the transaction fees incurred by the referred user.
  • Commissions are calculated on the total transaction fees generated by the referred user for a specified period.

Transaction Fee

Transaction fees refer to any fees charged for services or transactions conducted on the platform, excluding taxes or any other additional charges.

Payout process

  • Commissions will be credited to the referrer’s account within 1 day after the referred user completes a qualifying transaction.
  • A minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., $0.1) before commissions can be withdrawn or utilised for an in-app transaction.

Referral limits

  • There is no limit on the number of referrals per user within a specified timeframe (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Each referred user can only be referred by one unique referrer.

Fraudulent activity

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals or manipulation of the referral system, will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

Program changes

  • The Palremit company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
  • Changes will not affect commissions earned before the modification date.

User agreement

  • Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Users must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the program.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes regarding the referral program or commission payouts will be handled following the Palremit company’s standard dispute resolution procedures.
