Card detection fee

  •  Decline fees are charged only when a Palremit card transaction declines due to insufficient funds on your Palremit USD virtual card.

  • Cards with 5+ failed low-balance transactions are deleted and will not be reactivated, fees are deducted from the $3 minimum, and remaining funds are refunded to the user’s USD wallet.

Tips to avoid card deletion and decline fees

  1. Maintain a minimum balance of at least $5-1$10
  2. Freeze your card if you have a dedicated subscription and cannot afford to fund your card
  3.  Keep track of your card spending balance using the “statement” section on the Palremit USD card feature regularly to save and cancel unwanted subscriptions
  4.  Keep track of your card account balance using the “Card details” section on the Palremit USD card feature.

Crypto trade fee

  • We charge a 0.6 – 1% swap fee to exchange crypto for fiat.

  • We charge a 2% swap fee for fiat to crypto exchange.

  • Crypto to Crypto swaps: 0.6% swap fee

Currency spread fee

We have a range for currency spread fees from 0.5%-1% depending on the market conditions and liquidity available.
